Her Background
In 2012, Andrea experienced a profound shift in consciousness – she remembered her true self and her true home. Since then, she has been on a journey of letting go of limiting beliefs and deepening her self-realization.

While Andrea began studying the ancient texts of yoga, she found Eckhart Tolle’s book The Power of Now to be a significant turning point, as it offered clear and simple explanations that resonated deeply with her. Her passion lies in providing teachings that are grounded, practical, and accessible to all, with a focus on real-life applications.

Over the years, Andrea has studied with different teachers, including Adyashanti, Lisa Natoli, and others. However, it is the dolphins who have had the most profound influence on her journey. These playful, loving beings are her spiritual guides, and she shares a unique connection with them that deeply informs her work. The dolphins entered Andrea’s life when she left Germany 20 years ago, and in their own special ways – whether swimming with them or connecting with them spiritually – they have guided her on her path of awakening.

In addition to teaching yoga, Andrea offers spiritual guidance and mentoring via  Zoom and facilitates workshops and retreats - especially dolphin and whale retreats.
